Taking her inspiration from the patterns made by floor tiles in churches and cathedrals in the UK, Europe and the USA, the author has designed and made a collection of 22 patchwork quilts of brilliant diversity. In addition, each featured pattern is shown with an alternative in modern styling or striking ethnic colourings. Full cutting, stitching, and making up instructions are provided for each design.
