Financing Infrastructure Projects (Construction Management)

Finance is a necessity for all public or private sector projects. Over the past twenty years, the private sector has increasingly financed projects traditionally considered in the public domain. Under increasing public demand for higher levels of infrastructure services and insufficient public funds, attention has re-focused on private finance for public projects. Changing global trends means more emphasis on infrastructure projects and services procured through concession contracts and its derivatives - Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), Build-Own-Operate-Transfer, PFI and Leasing.
