Stars Light Stars Bright

Stars is a photo journal expressing my thoughts and visions of those who, each day, persevere through illness and the disabling disease of Multiple Sclerosis: about the caregivers, who are there to make sure we get out of bed in the morning and are able to face the day; About the spouses who stand with their mates through the good times and the bad, through sickness and health and about the children whose lives are turned into a tailspin when MS strikes a parent and they now take on the role of caregiver. They all stand up to the challenge and refocus their priorities on the family and not themselves.

The stars featured in this book either have Multiple Sclerosis, are the spouses to someone who has MS, the child of a person with MS or the caregivers to those who have MS.

I have been priviledged to know each one. Their spirits, love and encouragement are the reasons I am here today. Each one is very special.

Look beyond the wheelchairs,
scooters, canes and awkward
speech, so that you may look into
their faces and hearts.

The book is a compilation of Photos, Computer enhancement of the photos and writing skills.
