Assignment Earth (Vortex of Time)

For a young angel, Raphael is enthusiastic, ambitious, and very keen to get involved with things on Earth. Given an unexpected opportunity, she manages to wreak havoc with the weather. When she's given an even more unexpected second chance, she discovers something very unpleasant on a Welsh mountainside.
