What We Love About the Black Church: Can We Get a Witness?

This book is the testimony of two white pastors who are eager to share the best practices they have discovered from their years of ministry with the black church and relationships among African American Christian leaders. Many of those leaders now add their voices to Bill and Joel s testimony, providing a witness to recognize and celebrate the blessings and wisdom of the black church. Topics include recognized legacy of preaching and social justice, but also encompass gifts of encouragement, gratitude, mentoring, and honoring one s elders.
