These two pamphlets outline the Bankruptcy Code and Rules, commentary, relevant case annotations and legislative and rule history. Part 1 contains the complete text of the Code, as amended, selected portions of other relevant statutory provisions, relevant case history, case annotations and commentary by Judge Asa Herzog. Part 2 provides the Bankruptcy Rules and Official Forms, as amended, and the Advisory Committee Notes to the Rules; also included are case annotations and commentary by Lawrence P. King.
