Word Meanings in the New Testament. Volume 4: Corinthians, Galatians, and Ephesians

In recent years there has been a veritable explosion of new translations and paraphrases of the Bible. At the same time there have been some significant new manuscript discoveries and phenomenal advances in the area of biblical language study. The result has been considerable confusion as to the precise meanings of the words in the sacred text. A current, in-depth study such as this is, therefore, not only appropriate but greatly needed. In these studies the author moves chapter by chapter and almost verse by verse through the various books, seeking out the true meaning behind the original language and offering interpretations drawn from a wide range of biblical scholars.
