Roasted Brussels Sprouts  1 T. orange juice 2 t. olive oil 1 t. grated orange zest 1 lb. Brussels spouts, halved non-stick vegetable spray 1/2 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper Garnish: orange zest strips  Combine orange juice, olive oil and orange zest in a small bowl. Place Brussels sprouts on a jelly-roll pan coated with vegetable spray; drizzle orange juice mixture over sprouts and toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until edges of sprouts look lightly browned and crisp. Makes 4 servings.
