This catalogue, which accompanies the eponymous exhibition in Princeton University Library s Special Collections Gallery, January 28-July 10, 2011, provides an overview of many of the works contained in the still-growing Leonard L. Milberg Collection of Irish Prose Writers, but it is by no means comprehensive. It is hoped that this exhibition will be a springboard to further investigation of the library s Irish holdings and a guide to the multiplicity of ways an expanded history of Irish prose can be read.
