Destry Rides Again

Made in 1939, the Golden Year of Hollywood, Destry Rides Again helped launch Jimmy Stewart's career and made Marlene Dietrich an American icon. Harry Destry was a rough-and-tumble fighter who never lost a battle. But after six years in jail for a robbery he didn't commit, he comes back a changed man. The townsfolk believe he's beaten. They think all the fight's gone right out of him. And that's exactly what Destry wants them to think. Because that's the way he alone will serve justice to the twelve men who framed him.
