The Foundations of Political Order in Genesis and the Changogya Upanisad (Studies in Comparative Religion)

This study takes the view that these two documents are carefully written literary structures through which the reader can be led to ponder fundamental issues in political philosophy, common to both, such as: the nature of justice; violence and crime; labour and rest; human suffering; procreation; and the limits of good and evil.
