Value changes are numerous and spread throughout the 2003 edition of the U.S. Specialized Catalogue. All totaled, there were 18,500 value changes recorded. Demand continues to push 19th century stamps higher in value. Also showing value increases are a number of scarce modern booklets and plate blocks.
