Peptides with known sequences may be found alphabetically by basic sequence (no modification) or by consulting the Sequences Index. A Glossary of Abbreviations and Acronyms makes it possible to quickly find compounds by their common names. Once the desired compound is located, the selection of the right product for an application is facilitated by presenting its specific technical data in an easy-to-use format that permits comparison across sources. This valuable data covers sequence, sequence modification, chemical derivatives, preparation form, purity, composition, activity, functionality, temperature/pH optima, as well as product notes that list known applications, compound importance, and literature references.
