Spirituality: Finding Inner Peace

Spirituality is a feeling if universality, a knowledge of being a part of nature. It was this religious feeling that created great cathedrals and monuments as well as art, poety and music that has inspired humans throughout history. Through various techniques and reasoning we can have feelings of spirit that might eventually lead to spirituality. All normal human beings have this capactity. When spirituality is reached, we finally understand our real relationship to others and to other parts of this Creation.
