An anthology of Iowa's 54 leading living poets in 1996 the year of the state's sesquicentennial. Just months after the book's publication one of it's contributors Jorie Graham won the Pulitzer Prize for Poetry and US Poet Laureate Robert Haas printed an excerpt in The Washington Post's Book World.
