This book, written by a former government aviation safety agent, details and documents misconduct that created the conditions enabling terrorists to hijack four airliners on 9/11, and the cover-up of these matters. The book is highly documented and describes behind-the-scene factual information covered up by every government hearing. The author, Rodney Stich, was a former Navy pilot in World War II; an internatial airline captain; a government aviation safety agent; and appeared as guest on over 3,000 radio and television shows since 1978, as he sought to expose deep-seated problems associated with a series of easily preventable airline disasters.
