Health Kinesiology

Jane Thurnell-Read practised kinesiology from1982, and health kinesiology from 1987 to 2005. She taught health kinesiology for eleven years. Although based in the UK, she also taught and saw clients in Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Russia and the USA. She draws on her wealth of experience and insights to offer an illuminating account of this unique approach to health and well-being.

The many case studies from the work of Jane and other practitioners recount how health kinesiology has helped overcome such problems as allergies, eczema, arthritis, asthma, hay fever, irritable bowel syndrome, vertigo, infertility, hormonal problems, migraine, stress, panic attacks and lack of self confidence. Those written by the clients themselves are particularly fascinating and sometimes moving.

There appear to be few limits to the scope of this seemingly unbelievable system. In the words of the founder, Jimmy Scott: “Through HK a person can become who they were designed to be.”
