When colleagues find out that I worked as a surgeon for ten year at the Riyadh Military Hospital in Saudi Arabia, they invariably throw up their hands in horror. Having taught the first group of Saudi women doctors to graduate, I also have views about the emancipation of Saudi women. This book will debunk the tabloid myths and show that they are wrong and outdated.
