Description

In more than forty-three years of practicing medicine, Harlan Wright has seen first-hand the effects that poor nutritional and lifestyle habits can have on the body. Although it is possible to attain consistently good health, the general public is not properly educated about its importance or how to achieve it. People also fail to understand the significant role that a positive philosophy of life can play in obtaining optimal health.

At seventy-four years of age, Dr. Wright is in excellent health and maintains an energetic lifestyle and an active medical practice. The insight he has gained through many years of nutritional work will help you learn how to take control of your health and lead a "more enjoyable and vigorous life, relatively free from anxiety, depression, and physical discomfort."

Because Dr. Wright felt that the time spent with a patient during an appointment was not always enough to effectively teach the true road to health, he began writing monthly "Letters to My Patients." Filled with practical, nutritional advice and sound philosophy, his letters received an overwhelmingly positive response.

The information from these popular monthly letters has been compiled to produce this book. In each clearly written, practical, and informative chapter, you will find the keys to beginning your own journey toward optimal health.
