First Philosophy and Human Ethics : A Rational Inquiry

This book addresses fundamental questions that face human beings as human beings. For example: What is the basis of human ethics--reason or faith? What can human beings know and not know about the Supreme Intelligence (often called God)? What are the principles of human ethics and how do we apply these principles to situations that confront us in our daily lives? These questions, and the approach to the answers set forth in this book, are especially relevant in this era of moral uncertainty.
