Community Watch Administration Manual

Building from our previously published Community Watch Manual (1992), this newly revised Community Watch Administration Manual (2003) is the most comprehensive and detailed manual on community watch in print.

Detailed instructions are provided on how to plan a community watch program, manage it, recruit volunteers, conduct meetings, participate in programs, motivate members, handle resource development, and evaluate program effectiveness. Also included are close to 50 pages of reproducible forms for starting and carrying out a community watch program.

Added to the new Manual is current and extensive instruction on how to involve community members in Homeland Security, including emergency preparedness, what to do in case of a nuclear, biological or chemical attack, how to coordinate local involvement with state and national efforts, how to recognize and report possible terrorist activity, and much more.
