The Genepax car runs on a technology developed by Dr. Randall Mills. It uses a method for shrinking hydrogen atoms which releases new energy. In 2000, Mills announced that it would be possible to use hydrogen-to-hydrino conversion reactions to produce electricity for one fourth the cost of producing electricity from coal. In 2001, Austin R. Rust, heard of Mills' discovery from Don Jensen, the inventor of the Starburst Energy Converter, which converts natural gas to electrical energy without releasing carbon dioxide. Rust contacted Jensen because he was looking for a more efficient way to convert "geopressured gas" to electricity. In 1985, Rust learned that America has very large, very deep, geopressured natural gas reserves from Dr. Paul Jones, formerly of the United States Geological Survey, and that the existence of this large gas resource was covered up by Chevron USA, the company which confirmed its existence in 1977...The time for change is now!
