Ethan and Jake Payne, brothers just out of their teens, are the Star Sons of this era. They were born to defeat Broga, a bloodthirsty mage with a tremendous talent for mayhem. The brothers began their magical training with their mentor, Merlin and had their first battle with Broga's followers in book 1 of the Star Sons trilogy, "Star Sons: Dawn of the Two." In this second book, they further their training with magical races who teach them their own forms of magic.
