Danna Faulds set out on a transformative journey three decades ago, not realizing that it would lead her straight into the heart of yoga and an extraordinary relationship with the man who would become her husband. It led her to Kripalu Center in its ashram heyday, where she became a disciple of Yogi Amrit Desai and began a daily writing practice. It guided her back into the world where she witnessed from afar the downfall of the guru and the disintegration of his residential community. It broadened and deepened to include self-inquiry, poetry, non-dual experience, and the capacity to stay present with difficult mind states like depression and doubt.
