Pay Me II - Insider's Guide: U.S. Hedge Fund Compensation, Analysts and Execution Traders

PAY ME (Vol II) was written to address a general lack of information regarding hedge fund analyst and execution trader compensation. It was also written because no other compensation report exists for current or aspiring hedge fund analysts and traders looking for accurate, relevant, and current data on employee compensation. The few other compensation reports that exist were written specifically for hedge fund employers and are prohibitively expensive. We think PAY ME II effectively defines the roles of analysts and execution traders and the compensation they receive.
