I am NOT a Flying Elephant Fish!

As the title indicates, this is not your typical children’s science book! The writing combines juvenile nursery rhyme antics with genuine science, and the vivid, comical illustrations are entertaining. "I am NOT a Flying Elephant Fish!" answers questions like "Where do caterpillar parts go?" and "Where do butterfly wings come from?" in contrast to many books that barely mention the change from caterpillar to butterfly – or worse – say that the caterpillar "magically" becomes a butterfly.
