Among the historical documents: General Conference session resolutions on peace and nonviolence from 1865, 1867, 1868, and 1985; a "Letter on Disarmament" from church leaders to President Harding (1921); "A Seventh-day Adventist Call to Peace" (2002); and articles by 19th-century pioneers Ellen G. White, Joseph Bates, Alonzo T. Jones, and George W. Amadon.
