This is the true story of the murder of Tammy Haas, who went to a party on homecoming eve in 1992. Even though the scream was heard, the party kept raging. Even though she was reported missing, the little town of Yankton, South Dakota kept celebrating. Despite efforts of a six-agency task force spearheaded by the FBI, her killer and his accomplices would evade justice, and the case would remain unsolved...until now.
