STONE TOTEM /adventure fiction The last of the virgin,old-growth forest of North America is about to be logged and all that is stopping this destruction is a small group of First Nation Native People. Led by their dying chief, whose only son disappeared into the drunken abyss of skid-row, this rag-tag group has little hope of victory. Still they fight with nothing but a few guns and faith in the spirit world of their ancestors. Yet there is power beyond understanding in this world and soon Captain Mondo, world traveler, adventurer, sailor, and martial arts master, will find himself drawn into their struggle, drawn into a war that will leave blood upon the land.
