Career By Design & CD

The Career By Design Program will benefit you, whether you are a student, woman, individual of color, mid-career professional, or you are seeking a new direction in your job and life. In this program (the workbook and CD), we explore two of life's fundamental questions: "Who are You?" and "What do you Want?" The Career By Design Self Assessment Activities are the foundation of the career by design process and will enable you to map out where you are in order to make better career decisions throughout your entire life. The Career By Design Tools will provide a compass you can use in your journey to career effectiveness and fulfillment.
