Love's Playlist: A Small Group Study of 1 Corinthians 13

Our need to love and be loved has influenced every part of our culture, including the music industry. Reflecting over several decades of music history, a plethora of songs have been written about love. Some are beautiful love songs that conjure sweet memories and romantic feelings. Others describe the rocky road of relationships where love hangs in the balance. And some songs describe the very painful experiences that often surface in the complicated subject of love. In this study, the topic of love is explored from a Biblical perspective as we contrast the cultural norms of love with the qualities of love described in 1 Corinthians 13.
