Family Movies Hollywood Didn't Make But Should: Five Stories

Entertaining stories direct from screenplays written for the big screen in short story format. This book, the first in a planned series of collections of screenplays, was created because there are thousands of high quality screenplays that otherwise will never see the light of day. Great stories can come in many forms. The five seen here were all originally written as screenplays and were then rewritten by their authors as short stories. They may never be seen on screens, but presented here as stories enable readers to enjoy them on the page.

MR. CHRISTMAS: a handicapped young man kidnaps a town's citizens in an effor to make the local seniors' Christmas wish come true.

FOR THE GIRLS: a high powered black female executive takes on the job of VP of sales at a male dominated insurance company and becomes the mentor to other women who are struggling to break through the glass ceiling
