This book is composed of 8 simple Missions. Each Mission (Chapter)takes David's 'Lessons Learned' in the SEAL Teams and uses them to teach kids how to achieve a healthy successful life. The Missions begin with a Daily PT (an escalator of jumping jacks , pushup, sit-ups etc.) designed to get their brain and body ready to learn. Throughout each Mission David shares his personal stories or 'BUDS Stories' to help kids relate their lives to each topic. At the end of each Mission there are Mission Planning Questions for the reader to answer and reflect upon with family or friends. The Goal of this book is to emphasize the importance of healthy living combined with self-confidence and a team oriented mentality by instilling these simple concepts: Have a Positive Attitude, Be Healthy and PT, Motivate Yourself, Respect Everyone, Set Goals, Have Integrity, Find a Mentor, and Have Fun.
