Hecate: Epic fantasy poem

Winter and the Hunt; First blood or to the Death? The Hunter ‎has never been defeated in the millennia of his ride but who ‎may face the turn of the season and hope to find victory? And ‎how is it that these mighty immortals join war with the simple ‎creatures of this winterly wold; and where does Hecate the ‎Meadwitch fit into the picture? Geranhir the Hunter seeks the ‎un-knotting of this riddle whilst the collapse of the old order ‎seems inevitable.Hecate is one of the introductory poems to the ‎Olodahn; sketching some of the characters in the time before ‎the epic war of Needless Death drags its bloody veil over the ‎world. Grim amongst those characters is the enigmatic Hecate, ‎the Mead Witch who manipulates those lives around her, even ‎reaching beyond these pages to influence those who study her ‎strange activities.‎
