Dr. Polesky served for over 40 years with Fortune 500 companies including General Electric, Honeywell, and IBM. He earned a Doctorate in Organizational Development from the Union University and Institute in Cincinnati, Ohio and a Masters degree in Business/Quality from the University of Miami in Coral Gables. He completed his undergraduate degree at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. During his tenure with General Electric he was involved with designing and developing several management training courses for the company's Corporate University at Crotonville, NY, and was deeply involved with the company's implementation of Lean Six Sigma where was certified as a Master Black Belt.
