Dreams, Changes and Caviar Wishes, the sequel to Mrs. Doctor, is another novel loosely based on the author's life. In this latest narrative, we find the main character, Cindy, going through life's many changes. She is a perpetual dreamer and is racing against time to realize those dreams, while also being forced to deal with many difficult issues, both in her native country Ghana and her adopted country America. With the clock running, will Cindy run out of time or will she be able to satisfy her desires and achieve her ultimate dream?
