Every group needs a maximum of creativity, productivity, and skillfulness to complete its task and reach its goals. This applies to therapy and training groups as well as to organizational and management teams. The focus of the GROUPFIELD approach is on the competence and creativity of the whole system. A group or team has most chances to be successful if the combined resources of the members are applied to the task at hand. The goal is to support the group resources and apply them effectively. GROUPFIELD supports self-organization and maximizes learning of the members from each other. We support the individual expression of diversity and differences without losing the context of connectedness and collaborate productivity. Individual contributions are encouraged and utilized for the individual to gain distinction and for the group or team to move toward the common purpose and goal.
