The spirit of Penzeys in a cookbook. Penzeys Spices has published its first-ever cookbook, How We Became One. Its 384 pages are chock-full of more than 200 recipes and the personal stories of the cooks who shared them. The cookbook is a compilation from the first three years of Penzeys One magazine, which premiered in 2005 and is dedicated to people who "Love to Cook-Cook to Love." The book showcases colorful food photos and handy tips and hints, and offers a behind-the-scenes glimpse at how the recipe and lifestyle magazine was conceived and has evolved over the past three years.
