One World, One Art

One World, One Art is able to express in a colorful book, the work by 45 contemporary artists, from painting, sculpture, photography, installation, that will be the future of the art world, the next generation. The title of the book already reflects its aim of showing the universal character of art and its power to bring people, cultures and ideas together, overcoming cultural borders and inspiring towards a change in attitude and thinking. We are living in one world, on one planet, a fact that especially the art is able to emphasize. Contemplating the international contemporary art scene, guided and influenced by international events like art fairs, biennials, international exhibitions, festivals, private collections and last but not least the worldwide gallery activities and international publications, you immediately realize that contemporary art is not about the nationality of an artist - though he or she is always influenced by his or her cultural background - but about universality of thinking and creating. The artist likes to be respected and supported for his/her art, not for his/her nationality.
