Directive Hypnotherapy is a summary and handbook of a lifetime's experience, by a medical doctor, on the use of hypnosis therapy to help patients. Hypnotherapy is a fundamental type of therapy in which the therapist places the client into an altered state of consciousness and then speaks to the client's subconscious mind. The therapist gives the patient's subconscious mind directions and suggestions, which then serves to assist the client going forward.
