Pow-Wow

Kimberley Williams brings us within the circle of the American Indian pow-wow tradition and allows us a view of pow-wow and its participants that most pow-wow visitors would not be aware of. We learn that pow-wow is more than a spectators event, we learn that it is, for many, a way of life, a good way of life.

Ethnomusicologists and professors of dance, creative writing and American Indian studies have all agreed that Pow-Wow has made a valuable contribution to the field of American poetry.
