In 2055 the United States has been cut off from the global community from the inside. Over 70% of the population has been eradicated thanks to the narcissistic ambitions of a man bent on out-designing God. Within the country's boundaries a war is being waged that will have world-wide repercussions. On his first day in charge of Delta Squad, an idealistic new Commander loses his Lieutenant to her greatest enemy, a sinister branch of the government that will go to any lengths to retrieve the classified information buried deep in her subconscious.
