The Bugattis of Jean De Dobbeleer

In the years following WWII Jean De Dobeleer was "Mr. Bugatti." While the works at Molsheim was waging an unsuccessful battle for survival, De Dobeleer was buying Bugattis from all over Europe, restoring and selling them world wide, many to American buyers via Gene Cesari and Lyman Greenlee. De Dobbeleer's dealership in Brussels became the place to acquire a Bugatti. The Bugattis of Jean De Dobbeleer captures a part of this era in over 370 candid photos of Bugattis and other marques at De Dobbeleer's garages in Brussels. Most of these photos have never before been available to the public. They are of great interest and value to Bugatti fanciers and auto historians everywhere.
