Dmitri Burke is about to put plans in motion so he and the members of the Commission can retire comfortably as legitimate businessmen. But someone behind the scenes has been pulling strings, a puppet master of sorts, and when one of Dmitri's family members is cut from ear to ear, a war ignites.
