Texas Open Meetings Laws: The Texas Open Meetings Act and Rules, 2014 Edition

This book contains the full text of the Texas Open Meetings Act, and the Texas Department of Information Resources' rules and guidelines for meetings held by videoconference. These laws govern public access to the meetings of all Texas governmental bodies, including city councils, school boards, county commissioners courts, state agency boards, and the governing boards of special purpose districts. The rules of the Texas Secretary of State for filing open meeting notices in the Texas Register are also included.
