The Transformative Workplace: Growing People, Purpose, Prosperity and Peace

The greatest need in the world today is for far more people to be developed enough to bring forth a world that works for all. Organizations need people who are capable of facing the challenges of an uncertain global economy; communities need people who can strengthen institutions in the places they live; societies need people with the capacity to address the urgency and complexity of the problems we face in the world today.
