Reclaiming Ourselves

Here is a book that challenges us to trust in ourselves and develop a relationship with the source of inner wisdom and guidance that we all carry within us. It offers understanding of how we become disconnected and out of touch with this source of Inner Wisdom, energy therapies and self help techniques to reconnect with this source and facilitate our own healing.
