All is not well at the Mary Stuart Riley Home for People of Advanced Years,
affectionately nicknamed The Last Stop by its residents, and as one of its
newest residents, you have a front row seat.

Lead nurse, Cassandra, who is busy rebuilding her life, has just found out that
her ex boyfriend Vernon (Vernon with a V, he likes to tell people) is getting
out of prison.

Ms. Fisher, from down the hall, is convinced that her daughter and son-in-law
are trying to kill her. The fact that she's fresh out of the hospital after
slipping on a loofah her daughter placed in her tub only reinforces her
paranoia.

Aster, who has a way of finding you no matter where you go, is in the middle of
a downward spiral for the ages after his wife leaves him for the resident
heartthrob.

And just for fun, new management, led by Helen Watson and her cat, Midnight, is
busy changing everything that makes The Last Stop great.

So come on in. Just watch out for Holy Moses. He's a 169lb Mastiff and he's
known to throw his weight around. He has strong opinions, so try to make a good
first impression. He's friendly once he gets to know you, but he'd gladly give
Charley Manson and all his followers your room key for a chunk of medium
cheddar.

The Last Stop Bulletin, delivered weekly to your door, will keep you up-to-date
on all activities and community news. Just try to stay out of The Hot Seat.

and get you settled. Just don't ask her why she never fed the fish.
