Pullman Passions: What Happened to the Teenager Who Volunteered for Service at the Close of the War: 1947-1990

The author of Pass the Potatoes and Pullman Passions opened a pool hall/barbershop (at 17 years of age) in a small Iowa river town. During the next 60 years he went on to over 30 different enterprises: Bumper cars, Alaska to Florida, Cattle breeding, Australia and New Zealand, CEO of 130 US sporting goods stores; with a nod to writing, horse racing and construction.
