A Quiver of Cobras: Beginnings

Summer is drawing to a close and the school year is looming. For the people of Kendall Township, this means one thing first and foremost: It's time for Kendall Cobra football. In a town that worships it's high school athletes, that treats them like celebrities or royalty wherever they go, the pressure is immense. The expectations weigh heavily on the shoulders of these young people. Some can handle it. Others can't. Tracey and Lindsey are sisters who have to learn quickly to navigate the treacherous waters of the Kendall High School social scene. Lindsey, about to begin her freshman year, is dating Kevin, also a freshman, who is expected to be a big time star athlete. Tracey, the older sister, has never been part of the “in” crowd, but she is determined to change all that this year. Throughout the Cobras season, relationships will be tested, friendships forged, the bonds of sisterhood challenged. They will experience pressure like never before, and the highs and lows of lives being lived in the eye of the storm. As the consequences of their decisions begin to impact their lives, they must decide what they truly believe, and what is most important.
